Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Amy’s Own, LLC  (cbd oil) is not responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend insuring your return package.

Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled unless it is within a 2 hour time frame from when the order was placed.
